Ethics Disclaimer
Magic Touch Botánica is deeply rooted in equity and social justice. Regardless of your sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, cultural background, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, or age, this is a space where you are seen and supported.
We acknowledge that while we strive for equity, we operate within a capitalist framework. We are a for-profit business offering products and services in exchange for payment. All products and services are created and delivered with love, respect, and confidentiality. If our offerings don’t align with your needs, we’ll gladly recommend other practitioners.
Intake Process
Before your appointment, you’ll complete an intake form to ensure we’re the right fit. If I feel another practitioner can better serve you, I’ll cancel your appointment, issue a refund, and provide a referral. My goal is to ensure you get the support you need.
Spiritual Consultation Disclaimer
Suggestions provided during consultations are purely that—suggestions. You have full autonomy over your decisions. My role is to empower and guide, never to take your power away.
You must be at least 18 years old to book any services.
Modifications to Services and Prices
Prices and product offerings are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow 7–14 days for products to be shipped. Every item is handmade, prayed over, and infused with healing energy, so your patience is deeply appreciated.
Refunds & Exchanges
We currently offer refunds or replacements only for damaged products. You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement, and photos of the damaged product are required.
We are not offering exchanges to minimize COVID-19 exposure.
Safety Procedures
All products are made using gloves and masks.
Tools are cleaned with organic, plant-based soap and heat-dried.
Upon receiving your package, follow your own precautions to reduce exposure, such as wiping down packaging with disinfectant.
Allergy Disclaimer
All products are homemade and may contain allergens. If you have allergies, please contact us with your order number at TheDominicanHealer@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Test all products in small amounts before use.
Magic Touch Botánica is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use products at your own risk.

Energy healing and spiritual services are complementary and not substitutes for medical, psychological, or legal advice. By booking a service, you acknowledge that I, Ashley Sanchez (Ash), am not a licensed healthcare professional or attorney.
Tarot readings and spiritual consultations are for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. They are tools for guidance, not definitive answers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Services
Written & Voice Recorded Readings: Non-refundable after delivery. Expect delivery within 14 days.
Appointments: Cancel up to 24 hours before to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
No-shows: No refunds, you will receive an email to reschedule an appointment. If there is no response after 14 days you have forfeited your appointment and payment.
I respect the time you set aside for our sessions; please respect the time I dedicate to prepare and serve you.
